Mushroom Brown Rice Delight


  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced (any variety you prefer)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2% of 1 tablespoon of butter (about 1/2 teaspoon)

  1. Prepare the Brown Rice:
